The Truth About the “Most Interesting Man in the Worldâ€
Although the Most Interesting Man in the World would have you think he is interesting, exciting, and brave his ex-wife, Jill, reveals a different story. Despite what you may have seen on television and read in the memes, the Most Interesting Man in the World is not so wonderful at all. This is Jills version of the story.
He and his ex-wife married in 1985, and, at first, he seemed to be everything she had ever dreamed of. He treated Jill to expensive presents and they took vacations to exotic locations. He even bought her a car on their six-month anniversary unfortunately, Jill found out he was putting these extravagant gifts on her credit card. In reality the Most Interesting Man in the World is broke. Of course, this would be fine if he would just admit it, but he will not. Instead, he insists on keeping up the facade to the rest of the world.
Sadly the money was not the only problem Jill encountered. She could never get the Most Interesting Man in the World to help around the house. He was simply too busy admiring himself in the mirror. According to Jill, his motto should be this: I do not often take out the trash, but, when I do, I act like I just cured cancer. Jill also suggested this motto I do not often wash the dishes, but, when I do, you will hear about it for a month. This was just too much for Jill understandably so.
She filed for divorce shortly after they were married; the marriage lasted only eighteen months. Jill says she is still in close contact with his family and just spent the holidays with her ex sister-in-law however, the Most Interesting Man in the World was not present. He was making commercials. Jill wonders what he will do with the money and thinks he will probably do one or more of the following purchase an exotic pet, like a tiger, only to have to find a home for it later; spend a month traveling to exciting places, only to end up broke in Panama, calling his mother to come to get him; or waste the money on a wild party he throws in Las Vegas Nevada, before he remembers that he really should have saved some funds for the taxes he owes.
